Hello, the USB-c charging port on my hp spectre x360 13-aw0023dx is no longer firmly attached to the laptop motherboard.  So, I am unable to charge the laptop.  I hear this is a known design flaw of the x360 Spectre series.  Of course my warranty ran out before it broke.  How can I get HP to repair the computer at no cost?
