HP Spectre x360 – 15-bl012dx

Hi my problem is that my hp - spectre x360 15 cooling fan always run right after switching on- that means i have to not wait for the op system running, it'll be right away, after switching on. When i turn the power button on, than run right away the fan. Sorry about my wrong english.  

 

Can anybody help me ?   thx.

Hi everybody ! I am happy yet, while the problem is gone. The mechanic told me that after akku take out, than take on again the noise is disappeared. But of course the akkumulator built in in this produkt, so if you not a master, you can't to make it alone.

Hi,

Try going into BIOS and under TAB "System Configurations" make sure that "Fan always on" is diabled.
