Hi @Royshubham305,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If you are experiencing battery drain on your HP Victus 16 d0000 laptop, there are several possible causes and solutions you can try.

  • Adjust power settings: Check your power settings to ensure that your laptop is not using too much power unnecessarily. You can do this by going to the Control Panel, selecting Power Options, and choosing a power plan that balances performance with energy efficiency.
  • Close unnecessary applications: If you have multiple applications running simultaneously, your laptop's battery may drain faster. Try closing any applications that you are not using to conserve battery life.
  • Reduce screen brightness: One of the most significant power drains on a laptop is the screen. Lowering the screen brightness can help reduce battery usage.
  • Disconnect peripherals: If you have any external devices or peripherals connected to your laptop, such as a USB drive, external hard drive, or mouse, disconnect them to reduce battery usage.
  • Check for software updates: Make sure that your laptop's operating system and drivers are up to date. Updates often include bug fixes and optimizations that can improve battery life.
  • Replace the battery: If your laptop's battery is old or damaged, it may need to be replaced.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
