You're very welcome.
As you can see from the label, the first number (CL20) is too fast.
Here is the spec sheet:
KF432S20IB_16-B.ai (kingston.com)
Needs to be CL22.

Hi:
HP only has the maintenance and service guide for the older models with the Intel 10th gen core processors on your notebook's support page.
HP Pavilion x360 Convertible Laptop PC 14-dw1000 Manuals | HP® Customer Support
According to the manual, there is conflicting information.
Chapter 1 indicates the memory is 'onboard' and is not upgradable.
Chapter 2 lists 3 memory capacities with HP part numbers.
Chapter 5 has a procedure to remove and replace the memory.
So, I strongly recommend that you open the notebook and check to make sure the memory can be upgraded.
If it can the notebook should support 2 x 16 GB of DDR4-3200 memory.
You can do this to see how much memory your notebook can support if the memory is removable:
1. In the search box, search for cmd and click Run as administrator.
This will open the command prompt.
2. Once command prompt is opened, type wmic memphysical get maxcapacityEx and hit enter.
There, it will show the maximum RAM capacity your PC's motherboard can support.
The capacity is shown as Kilobytes, so you have to convert it to Gigabytes by dividing the number provided in the report by 1,048,576.

You're very welcome.
If the memory is indeed removable, you may want to get this brand memory which indicates it is compatible with a very similar model to yours.

You're very welcome.
I think the problem you have is the performance memory has faster timing (CL) specs than the standard DDR4-3200 memory HP uses in most of their notebooks.
What is the CL spec of the memory you bought?
If it is faster (lower CL number) than CL22 (the DDR4-3200 CL standard), I'm pretty sure that is the problem you are experiencing.
You can't make any adjustments to the memory timing/XMP profile in the BIOS, and it appears that your PC cannot handle the faster timing.
Performance memory is normally only beneficial if the PC can run with the faster timing specs.

You're very welcome.
Yes, I understand that they are DDR4-3200 but they may have faster timings than the standard memory HP installed.
Even with the picture enlarged, I cannot read any details about the memory other than what is on the black label and that is not enough info.
There should be some kind of specification for the part number you bought.
For example: this is the memory timing for the standard memory from Crucial:
Crucial 16GB DDR4-3200 SODIMM | CT16G4SFRA32A | Crucial.com
CAS latency - 22 |
Extended timings - 22-22-22 |
That is what the KIngston memory CL and timing specs have to be in order for the memory to work.
