i have hp x360,envy laptop everything is good until the new problem addressed hinge came out of the display and is that  possible  to just replace hinge and the laptop is working perfectly i just want to replace that one hinge. i dont want to replace total display

I also purchased the HPENVY x360 and have the same issue. The hinge seems to have become sliffer and I am concered that this will certainly cause damage to the screen. After viweing so many complaints online, it certainly seems to be a manufacturing defect. Have HP accepted that this is a manufacturing fault? I have downloaded many complaints and before I get this repaired and claim the costs via small courts (with all the evidence from customers that have purchased and facing the same issue) can anyone help and confirm whether HP have agreed to get this fixed at no cost to the customer.

Hp doesn't support if it's not in warranty period. They are like if the product is in warranty or not  otherwise it's customer problem not ours.we need add extra money and get that hinge  replacement .

I bought my laptop from USA now its damaged they are like sir it's from USA right. The parent country is USA so you need get the replacement from their . Hp customer care is extended worst compared with other companies 

They don't respond for us they just say ask your problem in community some one will address it 🙏

How's your progress with this going? I have the exact same issue with the same model, but further along in the effects: the bolts came out of the hinge on the right (just fell out without being dropped or misused and Ive never used it as a convertible like it was advertised to be able to handle). The hinges have pushed the screen apart from the case and cracked the lower left corner of the screen.

i have hp x360 2 in 1 laptop have purchased it in 2023 and right i have seen that the warranty period as completed and my laptop had hinge problem suddenly left hinge came out of the screen and i am confused what's happening with my laptop and i went to the authorized hp service center and they said its from USA and we can't make any service its totally disappointing from hp service and also customer care is also not responding properly and want to hinge replacement not my screen so can you help me out from this
