Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

power cord stopped working for my laptop. The led on the side by plug blinks white then stops instantly. Also my other laptops power cord stopped working could it be a fuse nothing is off? also like i said the other cord blinks like its about to turn on for split second please offer any solutions its for my mother-in-law and shes mean!
