Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, I have a few troubleshooting steps we could try to fix the issue:  

  • HP Support Assistant helps keep your HP computer in working order by finding updates and providing troubleshooting tools. Most HP computers come with HP Support Assistant. Click the app icon in the task bar, or search Windows for 'support assistant' to open the tool.

To Install updates from HP Support Assistant: Go to Download HP Support Assistant to install the tool.
