HP Laptop PC 15-dw3000 (1A3Y7AV)

I recently had an experience with an HP repair center that left me feeling frustrated, angry, and disappointed. The technician who "assisted" me clearly didn't care about anything I had to say, blamed me for putting my laptop in hibernate mode, and ultimately failed to fix the issue. To make matters worse, my laptop wasn't even registered in their system, so it sat untouched for a week before I received it back, completely unexamined.

The entire process was an absolute nightmare, and it's easily one of the worst out of warranty repair center experiences I've ever had. Not only was the technician completely unhelpful and dismissive, but the quote I received for a motherboard replacement was a staggering 13,000 EGP.

It's unacceptable that a company like HP, with a reputation for quality products, would allow their repair centers to operate in such a shoddy and unprofessional manner. It's clear that their focus is on taking advantage of customers rather than providing the service and support they promised.

Needless to say, I will not be returning to this repair center, and I caution anyone who may be considering using their services to think twice. It's simply not worth the headache, frustration, and expense. HP needs to do better, and they need to hold their repair centers accountable for providing the level of service and support their customers deserve.
