i have a hp notebook, Intel(R) Celeron(R) CPU N3050. i want to upgrade this laptop to  I7-5600. is that possible?

What you want to do is not possible as the CPU is an integral part of the motherboard and cannot be upgraded.

 

Also, your notebook does not have a fan and any Intel core processor motherboard would require a different heatsink as well as a fan.

 

When you are looking at doing upgrades like that, you should buy a new or off lease notebook that has the hardware you will be happy with for a long time.
