i have a  laptop  victus15 if i use it on the charger it will make a problem  with the battery and it will harm the battery life  ? i have to do this because i work for a long time 

i ask if i can stop the charge in 80 %

Your notebook does not have a setting to support limiting the battery charge to 80%.

 

It is fine to keep the notebook plugged into A/C power most of the time, but don't leave it plugged into A/C power 24/7/365 leaving the battery in a constant 100% charge state as that may lead to battery swelling.
