i have a pavilion notebook and received an error message 90b system fan issue.  What is the best way to get this fixed since it is out of warranty?

Hi,

This usually means the fan needs to be replaced, It is usually quite easily done and the part not very expensive. So, if you provide the exact model or product number I can provide a detailed guide on how to perform the fix.
