I recently purchased a new HP Pavilion laptop from a nearby store. However, it automatically shuts down when the charger is not plugged in.

I took it to the nearby service center, and they informed me that they had ordered a new battery for me, which would arrive in three days, and they would fix it. However, it has been three weeks now, and I have not received any updates from the service center. I kindly request you to resolve this issue as soon as possible.
