CAN I UPGRADE MY LAPTOP SAMSUNG 970 PRO NVME M.2 1TB?

 

BECAUSE MY LAPTOP INBUILT HARDDRIVE 1TB 5400rpm performance very slow .

 

please give me suggestion..

Looks like it support M.2 SATA, not NVMe as shown on the following link

Hi,

Yes, you can upgrade to an M2 PCIe NVMe SSD. Personally, I would go with the M2 Samsung 970 Evo Plus as it is cheaper with nearly the same speed. You can get of your desired capacity (no limit). If you get a large capacity one, you could also just remove the old drive and keep only the M2 SSD.

On page 47 of service manual you can see the steps to install the drive.

You will need to reinstall the OS on the SSD. It will give an amazing boost to everyday performance of the notebook.
