Hi @balakrishnasai,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

It sounds like you're experiencing issues with specific keys on your laptop's keyboard, namely the enter, backspace, and space bar keys. Here are some steps you can try to troubleshoot and potentially resolve the issue:

Check for Physical Obstructions: Ensure that there are no physical obstructions, such as dust or debris, blocking the keys. Use compressed air or a soft brush to clean around the keys and underneath them.

Check Keyboard Settings: Sometimes, keyboard settings can cause issues with certain keys. Go to your computer's settings or control panel and navigate to the keyboard settings. Make sure there are no custom settings or key mappings that could be causing the problem.

Update Keyboard Driver: While you mentioned that you've already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the keyboard driver, it might be worth checking for any updates to the driver. Visit the HP support website and download the latest driver for your laptop's keyboard.

Run Keyboard Troubleshooter: Windows has a built-in troubleshooter for detecting and fixing keyboard issues. Go to Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot, then select "Keyboard" and run the troubleshooter to see if it can identify and resolve the problem.

Check for System Updates: Ensure that your operating system is up-to-date with the latest updates from Microsoft. Sometimes, system updates can include fixes for keyboard-related issues.

Perform a Hardware Check: If the problem persists, there may be a hardware issue with the keyboard itself. You can run hardware diagnostics provided by HP to check for any hardware failures. This can usually be accessed by pressing a specific key combination during the boot process (often F2 or F12).

External Keyboard Test: If possible, try connecting an external USB keyboard to your laptop and see if the issue persists. If the external keyboard works without any problems, it's more likely that there's a hardware issue with your laptop's built-in keyboard.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
