Likely not but to know 100% we need the full model number. I can say given the age of the laptop the only possible way to attach an eGPU device is into the mini-pcie port which currently holds the wireless card. This is not a good way to do it as you have to run the laptop with the cover off and that mini-pcie slot was never designed to carry a video signal. The only workable eGPU setup is in very new laptops that have a USB-C Thunderbolt 3 port. That is an arrangement that actually works smoothly and well.

14-r203nx is the model and as suspected there is no external high speed port that could support an eGPU.

Sorry .. when u say high speed port u mean USB 3.0 port or HD  port

High speed would be something like a USB-C/Thunderbolt 3 port or an Expressport which is a direct PCIe connection. USB 3.0 does not allow the bandwidth needed for external video. There are USB 3.0 video adapters but the interface is very slow and inadequate for gaming or even high resolution streaming video. It works fine for displaying a spreadsheet but I assume you want to do this for gaming, right? There is a port to attach an external monitor if that is all you mean by an external graphic device but when most people use that term they mean adding on a powerful video card to turn the laptop into a CPU for a gaming computer using a video card better than the one built into the laptop. That is not possible with your laptop because there is no port which permits it. .
