I have 2 memory slots both with 8gb ddr4 rams and i want to upgrade them to 16gbs each is it possible

The service manual (on page 1) states that 16 GB (2x8 GB) DDR4 3200 MHz memory is supported.

Maintenance and Service Guide

 

Since your notebook has an Intel i7 11th gen processor, more memory should be supported.

 

Crucial reports your model handles max 64 GB  (2x32 GB).

HP Pavilion 15-eg1025cl | SSD & RAM Upgrades | crucial.com

 

If you want 32 GB, you should be able to install 2x16 GB DDR4-3200 modules.
