i have a ryzen 5 3500u vega 8 with 8gb ddr4 kingston ram..it's 2666 mhz..i saw it when i opened my laptop to clean it..now..the problem is my pc is operating at 2400mhz as of now..i wanted to upgrade to 3200 or 3000mhz..can my laptop support it??

Your notebook's processor can only run the memory at a maximum speed of 2400 MHz.
You can install a DDR4-3200 MHz memory chip, but it will only run at 2400 MHz.
You may want to consider adding a second memory chip in the empty memory slot and see if that helps.
Your notebook already has a NVMe SSD so upgrading the drive is not an option.
