i want to add pcie nvme ssd in my laptop hp 15g-dr0006TX but iv don't know wheather my laptop Bios and motherboard supports PCIE NVME ssd or not .   can anyone tell me exact answer for this .

Exact answer is yes. You can use a PCIe/NVME M.2 SSD. Here is the Service Manual:

But how to know i can set nvme in bios also ?

You do not need to. It will just work. In fact there is no setting. Either SATA or NVME M.2 will work.

But i saw some YouTube videos , they said this model only supports sata ssd

See p. 3 for possible dual storage configurations. Models, such as yours, with Intel Core can use SATA or NVME M.2 SSD. 

It can accept an Intel Optane module and those only work on NVME enabled systems. I do encourage everyone to open the laptop before buying any upgrade parts to be sure the slot is present. Every once in a while someone reports not finding a slot when they open the laptop. Unlikely but better safe than sorry.
