hi all.

i want to know that how many ram slots does my HP 15-g002ax Notebook PC have ? serial no :[Personal Information Removed]

product no :G8D84PA#ACJ

i ve searched every where but it is confusing some say 2 and some say 1.

to replace ram you need to take whole mother board out, so i need to verify before i start removing screws

Thank you for your quick reply. and again thank you for providing manual. but however this is what happened..

the manual you provided said that there are models with 2 ram slots. so i searched more and found that programs like cpu-z can detect number of ram slots. and cpu-z and all the other system info softwares said that i have 2 ram slots. so i removed the bach cover and mother board only to find that it has only 1 ram Slot. ugh! HP?

 

i came here form Dell. i think that hp should learn a thing or two from them. manuals, informations, serial numbers all are confusing.
