i want to upgarde my RAM laptop, did my warranty still available after i did that?

i was using HP Pavilion Gaming - 15-ec0105ax

i want to upgrade RAM on this laptop but i still have 4 years warranty

and my question is did i still can use my warranty after i upgrading my RAM?

Hi:

According to chapter 5 of the service manual, upgrading the memory is a customer authorized procedure, so it should not void the warranty unless you break something in the process of doing the memory upgrade.

Bear in mind that if your notebook was to need work done under the warranty, you would have to return the notebook to its original configuration.

For example:  If you installed a larger storage capacity SSD and added a memory chip to it, you normally will need to remove the memory chip you installed, remove the SSD you installed, reinstall the original 256 GB SSD, and then send the PC in for warranty work.
