Do you guys offer some upgrades, or do I have to upgrade from an external source, or is it possible for me to buy a RAM, and hp service center guys can install it? I have my warranty.

Your model supports 16 GB (2x8 GB) DDR4-3200.

Maintenance and Service Guide

 

You can add an 8 GB DDR4-3200 module in the empty slot. You can get something like this.

Crucial 8GB DDR4-3200 SODIMM | CT8G4SFRA32A | Crucial.com

 

If you try to upgrade memory yourself and damage something, it may void the warranty, but many folks take a risk by referring to HP service manuals and video tutorials.

My understanding is that HP Service Centers in India will do memory upgrades for HP owners. Call ahead and confirm but here is the locator:
