Microsoft Windows 11

Hello,I have a HP 15-dy2089ms laptop with the i7 1165G7 processor. I recently got a Ram upgrade for it and it does not boot up. I get the 3 long and 2 short flash code. Now the RAM I got is 3200 but the CL is 18 as opposed to 22. it will boot with 1 of the 16gb sticks in either slot along with any other CL22 stick in the other slot. This runs the RAM at 22 clocks. So it would appear that the CL18 is the problem. I also have an HP Envy 360 laptop with the i5 1035G1 processor and this one boots up just fine with that RAM in it. Runs at 18 clocks no problem. so I am going to assume that either HP has done something on the main board of this laptop, or it is something with the processor. Intel switched to the new Willow Lake cores on the 11th gen, and i believe the mem controller is different. I cannot find any info anywhere that says the CL18 will not work with this computer. It works just fine on the HP with the 10th gen i5, but not the 11th gen i7. I also own an HP 17-cn0025 with the AMD Ryzen 5 5500u and it runs just fine in that  one as well, but thats not a fair comparison. I would figure that it would not have an issue as the 10th gen intel runs fine with it. Anyone have any hard info as to why the CL18 3200 RAM wont boot up in the 15-dy2089? Rather upset about this, and can find nothing that says anything about this. Anyone got any ideas or an answer as to why? You would think the newer gen, especially when going from an i5 to an i7 that the higher performance RAM would work without issue as the 11th gen i7 1165G7 is a much higher performing processor than the i5 1035G1.
