Omen dc-1090tx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have an hp omen dc-1090tx which I just bought brand new about 6 months ago. The main problem in this laptop is the CPU overheating (not overclocked). This problem started happening about 3 months ago, and I have done various ways to solve it, but still can't.

some of the ways that I have tried:

- update all types of drivers (windows os, CPU driver, bios, etc.)

-cleaning the fan

-re-applying thermal paste

-play on a hard surface

-always play in low room temperature around (20-25c)

-does not open various  apps while playing the game

-slightly lifted its laptop (hope that the air circulation can work smoother)

-performs cpu & hardware diagnostic (it says the component are OK)
-etc.

I also have a vacuum cooler which I use while gaming, and yes the temperature drops about (5-15c)
from 100-97 to 95-85c. I know that temperature is safe, but that's not fair. I still want my CPU temperature not to exceed 90c even when not using the vaccum cooler. I had doubts about the fan, and when I checked it turned out that the fan rpm was very different, when playing games, it ran 4000 rmp and other fans were even below 200rpm. maybe that's what caused the overheating.

if hp cant fix this, I will never buy an HP product again. if hp cant fix this.

Note:  I don't want to undervolt my CPU, because I still want the maximum performance from the cpu

You can see my cpu temperature while gaming in the top left corner of the image I've posted
