Why do you think you cannot run Windows 11? Keep in mind Windows 11 is out in only the most unstable Beta right now and the minimum requirements are a daily work in process. What is the exact model of your laptop? What are you going to do without Microsoft? Linux? Worse things can happen.

You need to know EVERYTHING that your system lacks for Windows 11, not just TPM or what the MS tool tells you.
Here is a link to a third-party tool that will check all the currently known requirements for Windows 11 and tell you what fails on your PC: https://github.com/rcmaehl/WhyNotWin11/releases
Do NOT try to download this using MS Edge as it flags it as malware -- which it is NOT -- use a different Browser instead.
Additionally, Windows 10 will remain supported through 2025 -- that's FOUR more years until you are forced to decide whether or not to take the Windows 11 upgrade.
NOTE: If your PC fails one or more of these checks such that you can not easily fix that, there is no need to PANIC!! Windows 10 is going to be around, and continue to be supported, for four more years. This is not something you have to spend lots of money to fix right now!
And, as @Huffer pointed out, what are you going to do -- jump to Linux?? You do know that Linux can NOT run Windows apps, right? So, apart from Browsing, you would have to learn all new ways of doing stuff you already know how to do in Windows 10. And, you can forget about using MS Office, if you rely on that.

You COULD continue to use is in Windows 10, just like you are doing now, for four more years. Only then, when MS drops support for Windows 10, will you be faced with having the repurpose this PC.

We don't have any special knowledge of MS requirements -- so if the different checkers say the hardware passes but the installer refuses to install, there is nothing we here can tell you to fix that.

I think there is a very high probability Windows 11 will eventually install on it. The requirements are very much a work in progress and I think the requirements will decrease, not increase as we get closer to a final product. Right now you are not missing anything; I would not have an early Beta on a machine I was depending on for my "daily driver". I have it on a laptop which is my "sandbox" machine and not my work computer.
