Hi,

 

I keep getting the notification that my power supply is incompatible and I should change to the power supply that came with the computer.  

 

I am using the power supply that came with the computer.

 

Does anyone know what this might mean?

Is it a problem?  Is the power supply from the box the wrong one?

I suggest you update the BIOS from this Link: https://support.hp.com/us-en

 

If the issue persists please contact HP Support for replacement AC Adapter

 

 

Click on this link - https://support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp?openCLC=true and select your Country to get the Contact details for HP Support
