Hi @8CG9191BPG
Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Thanks for posting your query! We're here to help you get back up and running.
I understand how frustrating it must be to have your HP Pavilion x360 14-dh0002ne camera stop working, especially since Windows 11 doesn’t list a direct driver option. Since you’ve already tried scanning for hardware changes, let’s go through some alternative steps to reinstall the camera driver.
1. Install Windows 10 Driver (Compatible with Windows 11)
- Visit the HP Support page for your laptop model.
- Select Windows 10 as the operating system.
- Download and install the latest camera driver—Windows 10 drivers often work on Windows 11.
2. Use Windows Update to Install the Driver
- Open Settings → Windows Update.
- Click Check for updates—Windows may automatically install the missing camera driver.
3. Manually Install the Driver via Device Manager
- Open Device Manager → Imaging Devices.
- Click Action → Add legacy hardware.
- Select Install the hardware that I manually select → Imaging Devices.
- Choose Microsoft USB Video Device or HP Webcam.
4. Reset Camera Permissions
- Open Settings → Privacy & Security → Camera.
- Ensure Camera access is enabled.
- Scroll down and verify that apps like Zoom and Microsoft Teams have permission.
Let me know if any of these steps help! I appreciate your patience while we work through this.
