Can install an Intel SSD model 600p Series (256GB, PCIe 3.0 x4 M.2 80mm, 3D1, TLC)

I tried and the laptop not boot. The power button is light on and the laptop does not boot and not make a noise

You should know that the form factor of HP ProBook 470 G3 is M.2 2280 SSD (NGFF) SATA-3:

 

Type M.2 2280 "B and M" .
