Hi! So firstly I'm student at second year of programming and I bought laptop for basic solutions from HP company. The Notebook calls Omen HP that have Intel i7 9750H and RTX 2060/6G. The firsts days of using I've found that he getting to 92c heat on working with programs like Word, PDF, and watching Youtube, HP support says that is normal heat for these kinds of notebook, and only if the heat gonna over the 100c its (not normal) and they will try to do fix it. After 2 weeks my notebook already heating up to 100c all the cores (have recorder it many times) on watching youtube or typing in Word prog. HP support change the

@Eduard_Belitsky Click here for steps to resolve overheating issues, you could try switching the windows settings to performance rather than visual effects to make a minor change, however, for cooling as per your preference, make sure you are using a cooling pad as well, to be on a safer side.
Here's how you change windows settings:
- Go to Start Menu > click on Settings.
- Type performance > choose to Adjust the appearance and performance of Windows.
- In the new window, go to the Visual Effects and select Adjust for best performance.
- click Apply and Ok...this should do the trick.
