HELLO TO EVERYONE WILL SOMEBODY HELP ME WITH MY ISSUE ON TURBO BOOST, MY SYSTEM IS I5 8265U. I M LOOKING ON MY BIOS TO ENABLE TURBO BOOST, UNFORTUNATELY ITS MISSING ON THE CONFIGURATION OPTION. I CHANGE MY POWER PLAN, BUT STILL MY LAPTOP RUNS ON 1.8GHZ ONLY, I RUN INTELS XTU AND THERE, TURBO BOOST IS GRAYED OUT, PLS SOMEBODY HELP ME HOW TO FIX THIS ISSUE, ID HEARD THAT HP IS SOMEHOW BLOCKING BIOS CONFIG TO PREVENT OVERCLOCKING AND DO DAMAGE TO THE PROCESSOR,I WISH I COULD TURN ON THIS TURBO BOOST TO MAXIMIZED THE PERFORMANCE OF MY LAPTOP. THANK YOU.

I understand that you are unable to enable intel turbo boost.
HP has locked a few settings on your computer which are being managed by the system configuration as the device is configured to its optimal performance.
There's no way of resetting or changing these locked settings via HP articles or assistance,
You could unlock and make changes at your own discretion using 3rd party tools, however, HP doesn't recommend the same nor has information about the tools used.
