It is a CTO machine therefore we can't work out its specs But in general

 

1. STORAGE: It supports M.2 VNMe SSD and 2.5" SAA-3 HDD/SSD.

 

2. RAM: Yes, you should be able to upgrade to 32GB. My machine has Samsung RAM pre-installed

3.  CPU: No, you can't upgrade CPU, you have to replace the whole System Board which contains

          (a) new Motherboard,

          (b) new CPU / Processor

          (c) new dGPU

          (d) new Windows license (you can't reuse old license)

Because all 4 above components are on one piece of hardware called system board, would be very expensive. Buying new machine would be cheaper at the end.

There is an intel optane in my m.2 slot can i swap it with an NVME ssd or i should use a PCIE ssd?
