Hi:
I didn't know that your notebook has an Intel optane memory device.
The specs indicated that it only came with a 1 TB hard drive.

What you need to do is to remove the NVMe SSD, reinstall the Intel Optane memory and follow a specific procedure for how to disable the Optane memory.
First you disable it in Windows using the Intel RST software.
Then if your notebook has a BIOS setting to disable the Intel Optane memory, you disable the Optane memory in the BIOS.
Then you can remove the Optane memory device.
See the last two sections of the article at the link below for the steps to properly remove an Intel Optane memory device.

You're very welcome.
I don't quite understand what you want to do.
If you want to clone the 2.5" drive's contents to the SSD you will need to use cloning software to do that.
I recommend the free Macrium Reflect utility to do that.
You want the software on the left side of the page under the 'Backup at Home' section.

If you need further assistance with that process, I recommend you start a new post, because I never clone drives.
I clean install the operating system on new drives and then reinstall my programs and files.
