i have a HP Pav x360 Convert 14-dw1002ne (30Y27EA)
so is my laptop compatible with 8bg or 16 gb of ddr5 ram ?

You cannot install DDR5 memory in any PC that came with DDR4 memory.

 

DDR5 memory runs at a lower voltage than DDR4 memory and the slot in the memory circuit board is cut in a different place than it is in a DDR4 memory chip, making it impossible for a DDR5 memory chip to fit in a DDR4 memory slot.
