I wanted to upgrade my processer and the ram and the graphics card on my laptop and i wanted to know if it was possible

Hi,
The processor and graphics card are not upgradable as they come integrated on the motherboard (soldered), so youu would need to replace the motherboard which would most likely cost as much as buying new PC with desired specs.
Now you did not provide your exact model number, but a whole series of computers.
The RAM is upgradable . If you have and Intel core processor the max is 16GB of DDR4 2400Mhz which will run at 1866Mhz. (2x8GB)
If you have a Pentium or Celeron the max is 8GB of DDR3L 1600Mhz (one slot)
On pages 2 and 54 of service manual you can see various configurations and steps to upgrade RAM.
