  • i buy a laptop Compaq Presario CQ71 Notebook PC from a buyer store
  • ok so because headphones always damages "pull of fiber"
  • i want to buy Bluetooth headphones i try to connect my laptop with Sumsung A5 
  • the computer of my sister it show it but me no so i ask if problem is the operating software i use "windows 7 starter"
  • my question is that laptop have Bluetooth or no

My answer is yes and no depending on what is that Compaq Presario CQ71  because Compaq Presario CQ71 is a series of MANY different models/products with MANY different options/configurations. Which one is your Compaq Presario CQ71  ? And depending on where you live in this world, the wifi card can be difference too.

 

In general, all WiFi cards options don't have Bluetooh as mentioned on page 48,49 and 50 of the manual Therefore my answer is NO, it does not have Bluetooth.  Now your option: you can buy a Bluetooth dongle, which is similar to

There are many brands and models around, cheaper too

thank you for you detailed aswer,

i go to "device manager" so my PC is not support bluetooth. i must pay 10 dollar for dongle, and 10 for Bluetooth headphone

i will buy a new computer because that is not good for programming.

Thanks for writing back to us and thanks for sharing the product details.

 

I have checked the specifications of the notebook and it does not have a Bluetooth card shipped with it.

 

So you need to purchase a Bluetooth dongle or you have to upgrade the notebook to a new one.
