My HP ProBook 440 G3 indicates that it is plugged in, bur not charging. I ran diagnostics and it said that battery Failed...... Failure ID Code: 0G922-8LB92RJ-MFPX6K-C0F613 (when clicking on Failure I.D. code, diagnostics will not describe the code, because I get a pop-up that says "product number invalid X9U27UT" ...... it is actually X9U27UT#ABA and when I add the #ABA it does not respond. Somewhere along the way in running the battery test, I got a message about "blown fuse"
I have already tried the battery removal and hold-down start button and restart compute test with no success.
