HP ZBook Studio G7 Mobile Workstation
Microsoft Windows 11

the laptop comes with a 150w charger, and i know you should generally not charge a battery with a lower wattage charger. but it does have a 100w thunderbolt usb c port. so i was wondering if i can charge trough that on 100W. online i saw some conflicting data such as it giving a warning that it wants more watts. so my question is assuming the charging works, is it harmful in any way to the battery.

HP does not have USB-C charger for it. In theory, you should be able to use 150W USB-C charger using its  Thunderbolt™ 3 port.

Its manual does NOT mention USB-C charger at all.
