from past 2 days my laptop is not incresing its charging from 44% . I think its taking 44 has the highest. what to do .i tried to check battery health its saying 68% capacity is there.and i tried to uninstall battery and restart still no room of improvement

if you have spare charger u can try it, otherwise the issue would be the battery.  
last part if the battery is not the resolution probably the issue would be the mother board power supply. 

resolution : you can visit a store so that they can diagnose it.
