I purchased this laptop in Dec 2018 with a 1yr warranty, I then purchased an extended 2yr warranty and was told if I never used the warranty I would get a full refund. The warranty expired in Dec 2021 but I never received my refund. I have been unable to send the information because I have no proof or receipt that I paid for it. Any suggestions?

wouldn't HP have a record of the purchase? because I have nothing and if i did have something I have no clue where it would be I just know I did purchase an extended warranty and was told it would be refunded if it was never used.

what a joke that number was, all they wanted to do was sell me stuff, it was RIDICULOUS help with medicare, life alert necklace, roadside assistance, gift cards, all i wanted to dop was talk to someone about the warranty, not listen to sales pitches.
