my keyboard back light is not working. The button to turn on the back light (f5) is always lit, when I press it the light goes off, but the keyboard does not light up. please help!

I see that you are facing keyboard backlight-related issues on your system. Do not worry, we are here to fix it.

 

May I know from when are you facing this issue?

Did you make any hardware or software-related changes to it?
