HP said to ship it back to them because it is under warranty. Nice but will it happen again.? The keys most used are the color grey not white and they are not dirty ...but they will be gone in a year if this continues. Anyone else ever have this problem?

However, I do love the machine!! I would appreciate any suggestions?😀

Thanks for your reply but the keyboard is not backlit.  I probably didn't make that clear. I would guess the white color is wearing off the black keys.  To me, it seems like a faulty manufacturing embossed process.
