Hi @Berkay07,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

The Victus by HP 16.1-inch Gaming Laptop PC does not come with an RGB keyboard. Most models in the Victus lineup only feature single-color backlit keyboards, typically white or blue, depending on the variant.

Why Omen Light Studio Doesn't Detect Your Keyboard:

  • Victus laptops do not support RGB lighting—only OMEN series laptops have customizable RGB keyboards.
  • Omen Light Studio only works with compatible devices like the OMEN series laptops, OMEN gaming desktops, and OMEN peripherals.

Possible Solutions:

Check if your model has RGB lighting

  • If your keyboard only has one color (white or blue), it is not RGB, meaning you cannot change it.
  • You can check this in your laptop's specifications (via HP’s website or your user manual).

Adjust the Brightness (if needed)

  • You can control the brightness using:
    • Fn + F4 (Increase brightness)
    • Fn + F3 (Decrease brightness)

If You Expected RGB & It’s Not Working:

  • Confirm with HP Support whether your specific model supports RGB lighting.
  • If it does and Omen Light Studio still doesn’t recognize it, try reinstalling HP Omen Gaming Hub and checking for updates.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
