Hi there , my keyboard backlight was working fine but suddently keyboard backlight for WASD keys went blank. Other keys backlight are working fine except WASD keys.
Tried omen command center, restart and power drain , nothing worked.

I understand that the keyboard WASD backlight not working.
Do not worry. I will try to fix the issue.
Please update the BIOS.
Please pressing F5 will turn it back on.
However, If F5 does not resolve the issue, then make sure your OMEN is up to date using the HP Support document Using HP Support Assistant (Windows 10).
