It happening again..
A few months ago I made a post, where I talk about my problem with the keyboard backlight .. after taking the pc to service and having the piece changed, today the problem is back .. I wonder if it really isn't a software problem or if indeed HP makes all pieces the same then if there is one piece defective, they all are.
The problem is this: the central part tends to be green, especially with light colors. As if there was a faulty led, and as you can see the difference .. the central part is certainly not white.

I reviewed your post and I understand that the keyboard backlight colors are not accurate.
Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.
Have you performed any troubleshooting steps?
Meanwhile, I recommend you contact support and they will assist you in this regard.
Here is how you can get in touch with support.
1)Click on this link – www.hp.com/contacthp/
2)Select the product type.
3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.
4)Select the country from the drop-down.
5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.
