i have hp ProBook g7 , windows 11 operating system. my problem is that i used my laptop and i put it on sleep after 1 day i had to open and use it again suddenly i recognize that the backspace, this "]" above enter near the slash "\" to the left also the slash above number 8 the arrow down and left under shift are not working. i did preform the below attempts.
1- restarting pc
2- unstill the keyboard driver and re-install it again
3- sfc scan now command
4- i did a new user and the problem still on the new user.
5- i did open the laptop cover and removed the keyboard cable and attached it again
6- my laptop keyboard buttons super cleaned and i did try to clean more under these buttons .
please i need your help before i send it to someone to fix because i don't really trust anyone

From your description, it sounds like an inadvertent liquid spill on the keyboard.
I am not judging and I could be wrong. People frequently spill stuff on their laptops.
Any liquid containing sugar, tea coffee or a soft drink will have that effect on a laptop keyboard.
The way to resolve the issue is to replace the keyboard with a new one
