Product: Pavilion 15
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Every thing was perfect till my notebook got virus after formatting some of the key dont work

 

Letter keys C,D,E

Number 3

Function Ks F1 to F5

 

I'm using touchpad whish perfectly alright 

I have tried 5 deferent brand new keyboards the problem was still the same with all the keyboards.

tried  factory reset with the same problem 

tried the diagnostic options at HP support absit, No positive results

external keyboard an touchpad are working fin 

 

any on to help please

It may not be the keyboard hardware problem, maybe reinstalling the system will help you.
