Hello! My laptop keyboard keycaps have recently started breaking off and quite a few of them are looser than I would like, so I tried looking for my keyboard model and found that there is both a keyboard with fingerprint reader (L53797-xx1) model and keyboard without fingerprint (L53795-xx1) model for my keyboard. If I somehow get the keyboard with fingerprint reader model, will it work with my laptop which came without the fingerprint reader? Also I cant seem to find the exact model for my keyboard to order anywhere, as I need the backlit version (doesnt matter if it has the fingerprint scanner or not), is there any way to order from HP directly? I don’t know how to get in touch with an HP associate directly. I got my laptop around September 2020 I believe.
