Hello, 

my notebook is on warranty (24 month) and I use very little (1 or 2 hours / month).

The most used letter on keyboard are almost cancelled !!!

Bad quality of ink used by HP on production, because is impossible that on so little time used.

I have other old notebook and the letter on key are good after more year and a massive use.

Please tell me what I have to do for a replacement on warranty ?

please look key's letters     A, S, E, R, T, C, I, O..........
