I understand you are facing a keyboard issue on your HP Notebook - 15-Dw1020nl. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.
To assist better:
- Have you tried connecting an external keyboard to check?
- Does it not work in any particular application?
- Was there any update on the PC?
While you respond to that, please follow the steps mentioned in this document: HP Notebook PCs - Keyboard troubleshooting (Windows)
Make sure to update the BIOS, keyboard drivers, and Windows update:
- Click here to update BIOS and Keyboard drivers
- Select Start > Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update , and then select Check for updates. If updates are available, install them.
