Hi, might seem trivial but I have had the Pavilion PC 15-eg0049na for less than 1 day and noticed today as I was installing software that there are several keys on the keyboard that are physically lower than the rest. It is the D key and surrounding ones which suggests there's some damage. I have it registered but I'm wondering whether to return it to the outlet where I purchased it or contact HP direct? TIA
