HP Pavilion x360 - 14m-dh0001dx
In my HP Pavilion x360 Convertible 14m-dh0xxx notebook, the keyboard and touch pad do not work. I have tried updating the drivers via Device Manager and uninstalling and reinstalling them, as well as restoring the BIOS to default settings. The keyboard works when I enter the BIOS, but after Windows starts (when the HP logo appears on the screen), neither the keyboard nor the touch pad functions.
